I have seen places advertised for between 400 and 700 Euros per month. Depends what other facilities like a pool for instance that the apartment has.

Not a bad price for a house with an apartment. This little medieval market town is perched on top of a hill and has a very nice castle. The local council are focussing heavily on tourism development so there may be an opportunity to grow a Bed and Breakfast based business of arts and crafts hobby related.
